Rick and his crew had it out and then pressure washed it to check for damage. He stayed positive and even sent me pictures of my car! They had it up and running in a day! If I lived closer than 2 hours away, he would be my mechanic! Great people and great prices!
On my trip to the Hixton area hunting my truck broke down in the middle of the woods on the hunting land. I had to leave the vehicle there and head home to work for the week. I called Jensen's on Monday morning and they went out into the woods and made the repair by Monday afternoon!! Great costumer service and high quality repair work!
Great company! My wife took her smoking car in, and within 15 minutes they found a mouse nest. They sent her away free of charge. I took my car in for an oil change which was cheap and fast. During the time I was paying, they received a call from someone needing to be towed. Shortly after driving on the interstate, I saw the gentleman that did my oil change hooking up the car that needed a tow. Unbelievable service! 10/10 recommend!
I come from a small town and I was traveling back to the cities after visiting my parents after not seeing them in so long due to COVID. On my way home, I got a light on my dashboard that I had never had before, but soon knew it was my battery or alternator. Every single person at Jensen was so kind and personal. They gave me a rental car to get food and check out the antique shop as I had a couple hours to kill. They let me sit in their office space and charge my phone. They were just the kindest people to a very frazzled and tired "me". They were beyond awesome and I wish I lived closer just to keep having them do service on my car.
I got a flat on a holiday. Without a spare and having a special sized tired, I was in dire straits. Nobody was open except Jensen’s. They were so accommodating and nice to work with. Super friendly, resourceful, and knowledgeable. Nobody wants to have auto repair work done, but if you find yourself in need, do yourself a favor and choose Jensen’s.
